The Role As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of new business by identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for sales executives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and advance your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and market segments

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and social media outreach

  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover customer needs and articulate value proposition

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales and marketing efforts



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science related field is preferable

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with R&D processes and industries (chemicals, materials, life sciences) is a plus
