Customers include a majority of Fortune 100 companies; there is huge potential to expand exponentially and the internal team has doubled in size in the past year alone. This role will target all industry verticals, with a focus on marketing to IoT stakeholders.
The Role
In this foundational role, you'll be among the first members of the pivotal IoT vertical, working closely with the Senior Director to develop and implement strategies that drive significant revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and executing a comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, optimizing campaigns throughout the funnel, and ensuring a high return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Director to design and execute strategies that align with overarching revenue goals for the IoT vertical. Play a key role in shaping the direction and success of this critical business unit.
ABM Strategy: Partner closely with the sales team to craft and implement an effective ABM strategy. Focus on increasing engagement and driving pipeline growth through targeted, personalized marketing efforts.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously iterate and optimize marketing campaigns across the entire funnel. Strive to meet or exceed engagement goals by employing best practices and exploring creative, innovative approaches.
ROI Management: Ensure that customer acquisition costs are optimized to meet or exceed return on investment (ROI) targets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with go-to-market teams to stay informed about new product releases, content updates, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Deep expertise developing demand marketing channels including digital programs, thought leadership and channel partners within a B2B SaaS company, ideally security or IOT
You will possess strong ABM experience and will be able to show evidence of building a marketing automation function with lead-scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, and ROI understanding.
You will be extremely data driven with a strong will to win, a propensity for action and to inspire others to win.
