The Role
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join the operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients are effectively set up with the technology they need, both in person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the operations team in deploying and configuring technology solutions for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and improve client experiences.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have circa 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with Linux systems and basic networking concepts is essential, with at least 1 year of experience in each.
