The Role
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer with an enterprise focus to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy, helping clients understand the value of this solution. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to driving successful sales conversions.
You’ll be joining the biggest team in the Solutions Engineering group, with the unique opportunity to become a key player as the number two to a prominent manager within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Utilize SQL queries to analyze data and showcase product capabilities.
Engage in web development discussions to highlight integration possibilities.
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical questions and concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to transition seamlessly between technical discussions and sales-focused conversations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL queries.
Background in web development is a plus.
Proficient in SQL queries and database concepts.
Experience with web development technologies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
