The Role
As a Solutions Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving ecosystem and partner growth by providing exceptional technical support and fostering strong relationships. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your technical expertise to understand and address partner needs, create tailored engagement plans, and support the successful integration of solutions. You will work closely with Partnership Managers, Agency Leads, and Product teams to enhance the platform’s effectiveness and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with Partnership, Agency Leads, and Product teams.
Use technical expertise to understand partners' needs and create engagement plans.
Develop partner content and materials.
Become an expert on our client’s capabilities and offerings.
Mediate between Product and R&D teams, documenting and conveying partner feedback.
Define integration plans with Partnership Managers.
Prioritize client success, offering technical guidance.
Share best practices to optimize platform effectiveness.
Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences as needed.
Be flexible and work global hours as required.
Requirements
BA/BS/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong experience with web technologies, e-commerce platforms, system integration concepts, RESTful services, and related tools.
5+ years' experience in SaaS/distributed systems or software development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to multitask.
