Courtney Coyne

Senior Consultant, GTM

Growing up in Silicon Valley meant that I was surrounded by technology from an early age, and innovation became a natural part of how I viewed the world. From watching cutting-edge advancements unfold around me, I quickly developed a fascination with how technology could solve complex problems. This curiosity only deepened over time, particularly as I combined it with my love for communication and social science. These interests naturally led me to build a career in recruiting for tech businesses, where I could merge my passion for technology with my desire to understand and connect with people.

Throughout my career, I’ve maintained a growth mindset, continuously seeking new ways to evolve both professionally and personally. I believe that the key to long-term success lies in forging deep, meaningful relationships with the people I work with—whether clients, candidates, or colleagues. My approach is built on taking a genuine interest in the people I partner with, combined with a strong sense of humor that helps keep things light and enjoyable. (Fun fact: my college thesis was actually centered around sarcasm, so I can scientifically prove why it’s such a critical component of how I communicate!)

When I’m not immersed in the world of recruiting, you’ll likely find me exploring the ever-growing craft beer scene in San Francisco. That said, I’ve recently traded in some of my craft beer excursions for a hunt to find the best oat milk latte in the city. After extensive research, I can confidently say that Saint Frank Coffee currently holds the top spot!
